Event Packages


The best time to celebrate is anytime you can!

Reservations for Crows Peak Ranch are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only.

-A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to reserve a date. Your date is not confirmed until you have received a copy of the rental contract and your receipt of deposit from the Crows Peak Ranch staff.

What is included in your site fee?
-Available to all clients include exclusive use of the venue, event rehearsal time for weddings, adequate time to set up each event, an on site manager and ample time following the event for clean up needs.

What is required?

-Guest list of 120 or less for Weddings OR guest list of 25 or less for Elopements 

-Down payment of ½ the rental fee to hold your date

-Restroom Rentals (We can assist in sourcing)

-Chairs for Reception site only

-Special Event Liability Insurance (A minimum of $1,000,000.00 General Liability)

Do you have tables and chairs available to rent?
-Our venue provides 15- 60” round tables to seat 120 of your favorite guest. From here each Client is allowed to execute their perfect event with their own personal style -  renting chairs, linens, food serving equipment, dance floors, display tables, heaters, fans etc of their choice. We do not provide these items, but will be happy to assist you with a list of preferred vendors.

Is there a corkage fee?
-There is no corkage fee. However, we do require bartenders to be responsible and covered under the clients ‘Special Event Insurance Policy’.

    West Sonoma County has many Vacation homes in the area – we recommend searching or
